Abstract

The aim is methodological substantiation and systematization of conceptual international and federal documents the main provisions on the direction "Healthy Aging" for 2020-2030 implementation in the context of gerontology scientific areas development. Methods. The methodological basis was a comprehensive analysis of WHO strategic directions for the Decade of Healthy Aging 2020-2030, WHO and UN global documents and federal sources on population aging policy adopted over the past five years. We used 16 texts with the term "Healthy Aging (Longevity)" in the title/full text and 2 "Healthy Aging (Longevity) policy" posted in the electronic scientific database "eLibrary.ru". Results and discussion. The world communitys conceptual approaches evolution to the population aging policy in the context of the WHO and the UN global documents is presented: changing attitudes, opinions and behavior regarding age and aging; providing conditions in local communities that promote the older people empowerment; providing personalized comprehensive and primary health care taking into account the older people needs; providing elderly people access to long-term care. The contact and synergy points in the scientific activity directions on the Decade of Aging, the UN goals, and other documents on gerontological policy are identified. The conceptual and practical approaches features to the Healthy Aging policy in the Russian and foreign scientific communities are systematized. Conclusion. The Healthy Aging WHO concept has focused attention on the need for a paradigm shift global discussion, the medical and social services reorientation to personalized coordinated care for the elderly models, and an increased focus on the long-term care development. It is shown that the integration of medical, psychological, social, environmental, economic and other services is crucial in providing a basis for a comprehensive information exchange and the services provision to support the elderly in the Healthy Aging process.
