Abstract
The article presents a description of the algorithm developed by the authors for the formation of social activity of a person during organ transplantation using the example of a kidney. The peculiarity of the functioning of the patient in the medical and social environment is shown, taking into account all the factors that arise in the terminal stages of diseases, leading to the need for organ transplantation.
