Abstract
ABSTRACT To survive the 2017/18 water crisis in the Western Cape Province of South Africa and to prepare for a challenging water future, the Western Cape Government developed and implemented plans to ensure water supply to certain of its critical service delivery facilities through the use of localized groundwater supply systems.
