Prioritizing and Implementing Resiliency Projects with Environmental and Social Benefits: The Living with the Bay ProgramAbstractThe Living with the Bay Resiliency Strategy helped New York State administer HUD's Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds. More specifically, it focused on mitigating local risk from flooding, while incorporating environmental co-benefits such as water quality improvements, ecological restoration, and aquifer recharge.
