Abstract

HIGHLIGHTS Eugenol-loaded Eudragit RS100 nanocapsules were suitably obtained and characterized. A simple and fast UPLC/MS-MS method for determining eugenol in Eudragit RS100 nanocapsules was developed and validated. Eugenol-loaded Eudragit RS100 nanocapsules showed physical stability after 60 days of preparation. Eugenol-loaded Eudragit RS100 nanocapsules may be further used for reducing dental sensitivity.
