Results: The overall satisfaction rate of graduation assessment was 89.51%, the overall satisfaction rate of graduation assessment mode and practical ability improvement evaluation was 84.66%, the pass rate of assessment results was 100%, and the excellent rate was 71.42%. Abstract

Objective: To explore graduation practical ability assessment mode of graduate students in nursing (Master of Nursing Specialist, MNS). 护理专业硕士学生毕业实践能力评估模式探讨
目的:探讨护理专业研究生(护理专业硕士)毕业实践能力评估模式。方法:采用简易抽样方法,采用改进的四站客观结构化检查(objective structured Clinical examination, OSCE)模型,选取某高校MNS 2020级研究生28名作为研究对象。考核内容包括护理评估、护理诊断、基础护理操作、专科护理操作、理论笔试和口试及综合评价。并采用自制问卷对评估模型的效果及研究生临床实践能力的提高进行评价。结果:毕业考核总体满意率为89.51%,毕业考核模式和实践能力提升评价总体满意率为84.66%,考核结果合格率为100%,优良率为71.42%。结论:MNS毕业实践能力评价模型满意度高,客观地评价了研究生的知识、技能、态度和情感,促进了研究生的综合素质和能力,值得推广。
