{"title":"Antimicrobial Susceptibility and Distribution of Antibiotic Resistance Genes of Non-Agalactiae <i>Streptococcus</i> Species Isolated from Dairy Cattle with Mastitis in Tochigi, Japan","authors":"Kiyoko KATO, Yukizi SHIRAI, Shinpei KOIKE","doi":"10.12935/jvma.76.e297","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"環境性レンサ球菌(OS)による乳房炎は適切な抗菌性物質選択による治療が重要だが,国内の薬剤感受性状況の報告は少ない.そこで,2010~2012年(前期)及び2016~2018年(後期)に栃木県内の乳房炎罹患牛から分離されたOS96株(前期:49,後期:47)について,薬剤感受性及び耐性遺伝子保有状況を調査した.前期後期ともに分離OS株の4割以上がStreptococcus uberisであった.また,テトラサイクリン(TC)に対しては前期で9.5%,後期で36.4%,ピルリマイシン(PLM)に対しては前期で14.3%,後期で31.8%の株が耐性を示し,後期の方が両薬剤に対する耐性菌の割合が高かった.TC及びPLMについては,耐性遺伝子(tet(O),tet(S),tet(M)及びlinB)保有と薬剤耐性がおおむね一致し,薬剤耐性に耐性遺伝子獲得が関わることが示唆された.さらに,エリスロマイシン(EM)耐性S. uberisでは耐性遺伝子erm(B)保有株が確認され,EMだけでなくPLMの最小発育阻止濃度も高い傾向が認められた.","PeriodicalId":17329,"journal":{"name":"Journal of the Japan Veterinary Medical Association","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0000,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":"0","resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":null,"PeriodicalName":"Journal of the Japan Veterinary Medical Association","FirstCategoryId":"1085","ListUrlMain":"https://doi.org/10.12935/jvma.76.e297","RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":null,"ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":null,"EPubDate":"","PubModel":"","JCR":"","JCRName":"","Score":null,"Total":0}
