PLS software version 3.0, based on the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach, was used to analyze the data. Abstract
This study aimed to investigate and comprehend the effects of knowledge management adoption, information technology utilization, and community service programs on university branding and their subsequent impact on the overall quality of education in private tertiary institutions (PTS) in the West Java and Banten region.
