Abstract

In the conditions of the war, the state made certain important decisions to reduce the burden on the Administrative Services Center. The change in the goals, mission and concept of Administrative Services Center in conditions of increased workload induced the executive authorities of the city of Lviv to search for better ideas and transformations. In the city of Lviv, the reform of the Administrative Services Center was introduced based on the experience of foreign countries, and individual strategies were created. The study analyzed the entire range of ordered and provided administrative services and also the quality of their provision in difficult life situations. The change of priority in ordered services is determined by the crisis factors provoked by the war. Not only the sphere of providing administrative services in Ukraine is affected by the war
