Materials and Methods: The study type is a prospective observational study done in a tertiary care hospital at Telangana. Patients prescribed with at least one antiepileptic drug and patients with chronic diseases (SLE, renal and hepatic failure, etc.) were included in the study. Result: Sodium valproate shows relatively less adverse drug reactions (ADRs) (2.5%) when compared with other antiepileptics.
