In terms of methods, the current study used the scale of the Index of Interdisciplinary Collaboration (IIC) designed by (Bronstein, 2002). A total of 1161 guidance and counseling teachers throughout Indonesia were selected as respondents. Their data were analyzed using a descriptive analysis technique. Abstract

Collaboration competence is a competence that needs to be mastered by every guidance and counseling teacher. It functions as a means of supporting the provision of guidance and counseling services at a school.
