Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase level and oxidative stress parameters in the serum of patients with chronic renal failure

Linear regression analysis using the Pearson correlation coefficient showed that increased IDO level correlates positively with urea, creatinine, uric acid, phosphate, MDA level and peroxidase activity whereas negatively with albumin, calcium, glutathione level, catalase activity and glomerular filtration rate. We concluded that IDO level might be a possible marker of oxidative stress and inflammation in patients with CRF. Abstract

慢性肾功能衰竭患者血清吲哚胺2,3-双加氧酶水平及氧化应激参数
吲哚胺2,3-双加氧酶(IDO)是一种色氨酸降解酶,属于犬尿氨酸途径。IDO活性已被认为是诊断慢性肾脏疾病的生物标志物。本研究的目的是评估接受透析治疗的慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者血清IDO、尿素、肌酐、尿酸、磷酸、钙、白蛋白、丙二醛、谷胱甘肽水平,以及过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、丙烯酯酶活性与健康对照组的比较。结果显示,与对照组相比,患者的IDO水平显著增加。Pearson相关系数线性回归分析显示,IDO水平升高与尿素、肌酐、尿酸、磷酸、MDA水平和过氧化物酶活性呈正相关,与白蛋白、钙、谷胱甘肽水平、过氧化氢酶活性和肾小球滤过率呈负相关。我们得出结论,IDO水平可能是CRF患者氧化应激和炎症的一个可能标志。关键词:3-双加氧酶,生化参数,相关性分析,吲哚胺2,肾功能衰竭,血清
