Abstract

陡曲交通系统中山地有轨电车车体结构安全评价的有限元分析与性能试验对比研究
本研究是为了评价急曲线运输系统山岳tram车体结构安全性的研究,以车体的解释及实际性能试验为基础进行了研究。使用的规格为EN 12663-1、铁路车辆技术标准城市铁路车辆(路面电车)技术标准、Simcenter 3D分析有限元、Solver使用Siemens Nastran。车身材质采用SMA355BP和SS275,为了同等评价有限元解释和实际性能测试的结果,模拟了相同的边界条件和荷重条件,并对各荷重条件的结果进行了比较验证。不同荷重条件的解释结果和试验结果显示,在垂直荷重下,最大应力值约为2.7%,差异很小,但在压缩、拉伸等其他荷重条件下,差异最大约为36%。
