Abstract
Background and Objective: Complete mesocolic excision (CME) is thought to achieve better oncological outcomes in colon cancer surgery, but adoption in right-sided colon resections has not been as complete as total mesorectal excision (TME) in rectal cancers, and the technique is not as standardized.
