Abstract

This study explored the correlation between system integration of automation and autonomation supply chain strategies and manufacturing firms' operational performance with a human touch, due to a dearth of studies in this area. Based on this limitation, the researchers sought to investigate this lacuna thereby bridging a knowledge gap.
