Abstract

背景:本研究的目的是评估儿童神经发育障碍人群中不良童年经历(ace)的风险。方法:本研究在罗马大学校园生物医学大学医院儿科部的儿科门诊进行,纳入54名年龄在7至17岁之间,诊断为神经发育障碍的儿童和54名无任何残疾的儿童。通过对儿童和照顾者分别填写ICAST-C和ICAST-P两份问卷来收集数据。结果:两组儿童比较,8道题的Student’s t检验差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。本研究是按照良好临床实践和赫尔辛基宣言的监管标准进行的。结论:神经发育障碍儿童是ace的受害者,发生率高于对照组,且其遭受的虐待类型以心理和身体虐待为主。
