Relationship Between Remote Work, Organizational Climate, and Work Stress on Employee Performance

The survey was distributed to research respondents from Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak, Blibli, and Lazada. The results showed that remote work had a significant positive effect on employee performance, the organizational climate had a significant positive effect on remote work, and the organizational climate had a significant effect on work stress, and found a mediating role of remote work for the construct relationship between organizational climate and employee performance. Abstract

The remote work system is developing to be a solution for increasing employee performance and one of the challenges is maintaining the organizational climate.
