A 12-year and 4-month-old boy was first seen with the chief complaint of excessive lips protrusion. We treated him by the edgewise method for 34 months, and evaluated the change of facial profile. Excessive lip protrusion was eliminated, and arch leveled. Overjet and overbite were reduced.
