Using the example of the Novosibirsk HPPs and TPPs, an assessment of the energy efficiency, proposing the concept of a developed methodology for determining the price of water for HPPs, will be obtained. Abstract

The purpose of this article is to solve the problem of optimizing the operation of a hydroelectric power station based on the theory of marginal utility and assessing the cost of a hydro resource, taking into account the characteristic modes of operation of a hydroelectric power station.
