Abstract
We determine when the modified Rankin-Cohen bracket of the Eisenstein series of weight two and a Hecke eigenform is again an eigenform.

The Kyushu Journal of Mathematics is an academic journal in mathematics, published by the Faculty of Mathematics at Kyushu University since 1941.
