The MG approach dominates. Phylogenies created with MG and ECO methods are not congruent. Abstract
Two approaches are applied to studies of the phylogeny of the plague microbe Yersinia pestis, i.e., the reconstruction of its history: Molecular genetic (MG) and ecological (ECO).
