[The advantages and limits of computed tomography (compared with conventional methods) in the diagnosis of pulmonary adenocarcinoma (a case report)].

Abstract

The authors analyse the advantages offered by the computerized tomography in comparison with the conventional methods of diagnosis, the study and classification (TNM) of a case of pulmonary adenocarcinoma with multiple metastases: renal, suprarenal, hepatic, peritoneal, bony, lymph node. At the same time there are also pointed out the limits of this new method.
