The postoperative wound was left open. The patient's wounds healed completely 2 months after surgery, and there was no recurrence at 6-month follow-up. Abstract

Background: Rosacea is a significant problem, affecting 5.5% of the world population. Currently used treatment techniques such as transfer flaps and implants are insufficient to meet the needs of many patients, which suggests that alternative approaches are needed.
