However, a small cohort experienced dyspnea significantly more when wearing double surgical masks compared to not wearing a mask. Additionally, there were no major deviations in SpO2 levels or fatigue scores regardless of the type of mask used.\nConclusion: The study indicated that wearing an N95 mask, or double surgical masks, or cloth-over-surgical face masks did not significantly influence the outcomes of the 6MWT in healthy individuals. However, caution is advised in the case of wearing double surgical masks, as this may induce a greater sense of dyspnea.
