Application of the Rating-Image Approach in Organizing Construction Control and Forming an Information Model of a Capital Construction Object

Abstract

Постановка задачи. Существует необходимость широкого применения средств автоматизации при проведении мероприятий по строительному контролю, учету его оперативных результатов в информационной модели объекта недвижимости, а также инноваций в организации стройконтроля. Результаты. Установлено, что государственные инициативы по применению в строительстве технологий информационного моделирования должны сопровождаться стимулированием участников рынка. Выявлены трудности формирования информационных моделей с включением стройконтроля. Сформулирован перечень потенциальных результатов внедрения инновационного подхода к организации контрольных мероприятий. Выводы. Определена необходимость внедрения гибридной методики строительного контроля, предусматривающей применение искусственного интеллекта на строительной площадке. Установлено, что рейтингово-имиджевый подход к организации строительного контроля при строительстве объектов, возводимых по муниципальным контрактам с привлечением бюджетных средств, станет стимулятором для внедрения технологий информационного моделирования и способом совершенствования организации строительного производства. Statement of the problem. There is a need for widespread use of automation tools when carrying out construction control measures, taking into account its operational results in the information model of a real estate object, as well as innovations in the organization of construction control. Results. It is revealed that state initiatives on the use of information modeling technologies in construction should be accompanied by stimulation of market participants. The difficulties of forming information models with the inclusion of construction control are outlined. The list of potential results of the introduction of an innovative approach to the organization of control measures is formulated. Conclusions. It is determined that it is necessary to introduce a hybrid construction control methodology involving the use of artificial intelligence on the construction site. It is established that the rating-image approach to the organization of construction control during the construction of facilities erected under municipal contracts with the involvement of budgetary funds will become a stimulant for the introduction of information modeling technologies and a way to improve the organization of construction production.
