Ensuring the high quality of the company's production process is considered as the main means of achieving a balance of interests of ecosystem actors. The quality of the production process is determined by the level of the four process components, i.e. personnel, equipment, working conditions, and process organization. Abstract

In its activities, an open-pit coal mining company comes into contact with the natural, mining and geological environment, interacts with a significant number of organizations, institutions, enterprises, state and municipal governments.
