Telemedicina, experiencias logísticas en tiempos de COVID-19

Abstract

Este trabajo se estructuró a partir de una metodología mixta, donde se analizaron las principales barreras logísticas en el proceso de telemedicina en la Red de Salud de Ladera de Cali, con institución base, el hospital Cañaveralejo. Se realizaron indagaciones a los eslabones de la cadena con el fin de conocer los métodos empleados y los procedimientos aplicados. Los resultados obtenidos describen la importancia que esta herramienta le ha otorgado al sistema integral de medicina, y cómo se ha convertido en una de las opciones que facilitan la atención médica a las poblaciones en las áreas rurales Abstrac This work was structured from a mixed methodology where the main logistical barriers in the Telemedicine process in the Ladera de Cali Health Network were analyzed, with a base institution; the Cañaveralejo hospital, investigation mechanisms were carried out on the links of the chain in order to know the methods used and the procedures applied. The results obtained describe the importance that this tool has given to the integral system of medicine, and how it has become one of the options that facilitate medical care for populations in rural areas.
