Furthermore, a survey was conducted for elderly and disabled employees to assess the effectiveness of the application, with participants evaluating that it was useful in addition to improving their interaction with their accounts in Webmail. Abstract

Voice Recognition Technology (VRT) has played a crucial role in technology development, finding extensive use in the development of humanitarian assistance applications, including assistance programs for individuals with disabilities to use smart vehicles and smart homes, as well as websites.
