This article focuses on researching and evaluating the leadership and management capacity of high school administrators in Son La. This study will analyze new dimensions and trends in educational leadership and management capacity, especially at the high school level. By using qualitative and quantitative research methods, the article will focus on measuring and evaluating factors affecting the leadership and management capacity of high school administrators. Abstract

In the current context of economic integration and development, the role of high school administrators in Son La has become increasingly important. Their leadership and management capacity plays a key role in shaping the quality of education, while meeting the diverse challenges of the modern education system. This article focuses on researching and evaluating the leadership and management capacity of high school administrators in Son La. This study will analyze new dimensions and trends in educational leadership and management capacity, especially at the high school level. By using qualitative and quantitative research methods, the article will focus on measuring and evaluating factors affecting the leadership and management capacity of high school administrators.
