This study aims to determine the effect of leverage, liquidity, and firm size on dividend policy in property and real estate companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2022. This research uses quantitative methods with a sample comprising 11 property and real estate companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2022 selected through purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis assisted by the SPSS version 26.0 program to process research data. Abstract
