In which, the current situation of the teaching staff is still lacking in experience and expertise in the field of logistics and supply chain management. In addition, teaching methods are still quite traditional and do not meet the requirements for interaction, application, practical skills, and creative thinking for students. Abstract

In the context of global economic integration, the logistics and supply chain management industry is becoming a spearhead sector driving the development of Vietnam's economy. However, the current growth of this industry is facing difficulties due to a shortage of high-quality human resources in terms of both quantity and skills. 根据能力本位法提高越南大学物流与供应链管理专业教师的素质
在全球经济一体化的背景下,物流和供应链管理行业正成为推动越南经济发展的先导行业。然而,由于高素质人力资源数量和技能的短缺,该行业目前的发展面临困难。越南高校物流与供应链管理专业的教学活动还存在很多局限性,不能满足培养学生毕业后能力的具体需要。本文基于对越南高校物流与供应链管理专业教学总体情况的调查。其中,教师队伍的现状是仍然缺乏物流与供应链管理领域的经验和专业知识。此外,教学方法还比较传统,不能满足学生互动、应用、实践能力和创新思维的要求。文章通过分析影响教学过程的因素,提出了基于能力本位的物流与供应链管理专业师资队伍素质提升方案。
