The study found a significant positive correlation between employee engagement and psychological contract, perceived organizational support, and job performance. Abstract

The food-delivery industry has gained increasing attention for its high level of freedom and flexibility and highly rewarding employment. This study aims to explore the relationship between employee engagement and psychological contract, perceived organizational support, and job performance in the context of gig economy, which has some reference value to theory and practice. Gig 经济背景下外卖骑手的员工敬业度研究:心理契约、感知组织支持与工作绩效之间的关系研究
餐饮外卖行业以其高度的自由性和灵活性以及高回报的就业率受到越来越多的关注。本研究旨在探讨打工经济背景下员工敬业度与心理契约、感知组织支持、工作绩效之间的关系,对理论和实践具有一定的参考价值。本研究借助科睿唯安大数据平台进行定量分析,通过SPSS27.0和Stata17.0对105个样本数据进行描述性统计和多元线性回归分析。研究发现,员工敬业度与心理契约、感知组织支持、工作绩效之间存在明显的正相关关系。因此,平台企业应关注外卖骑手的心理诉求,加强平台企业对外卖骑手的感知组织支持,优化外卖骑手的绩效考核体系,从而提高外卖骑手的员工敬业度。
