An effective form of organization of continuous professional training of future primary school teachers is the pedagogical college. The main indicators of professional training in the pedagogical college are outlined. The conditions for the successful implementation of professional training of students at the pedagogical college are highlighted. Three main components in the educational environment of the pedagogical college are distinguished.The existing system of pedagogical education is not fully focused on the purposeful preparation of students to implement the standards of the new generation: textbooks and teaching aids most often do not reflect modern trends in the development of education, their content is conservative and considers the educational process mainly in a known paradigm; there is no adequate preparation technology. Abstract
The article examines the professional training of the organization of future primary school teachers at the pedagogical college.
