The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between physical activity level and body mass index in students of senior high school. Methods: This study used the  cross-sectional design. The research was conducted offline or directly in the field. Results: The results of Spearman's rho correlation test showed a value of p= 0.000 (p< 0.05) and a correlation coefficient value of -0.502. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between physical activity level and body mass index in students of senior high school with sufficient correlation strength. 高中生体育锻炼水平与体重指数之间的关系
背景:时代的发展带动了技术的发展。因此,许多以前需要过多能源的活动现在可以轻松完成,而且更加实用。另一方面,这种技术的发展也带来了不好的影响,一个人在进行日常活动时变得不那么积极,这会影响他的生活方式。体力活动少会影响身体质量指数,使其变得不理想。本研究的目的是分析高中学生体育锻炼水平与体重指数之间的关系。 研究方法本研究采用横断面设计。研究在线下或直接在现场进行。 研究结果Spearman's rho 相关性检验结果显示,P= 0.000(P< 0.05),相关系数值为-0.502。 结论是高三学生的体育锻炼水平与体重指数之间存在明显关系,相关强度足够。相关系数值为负,表明两个变量之间存在单向关系,即体育锻炼水平越低,身体质量指数值越高,反之亦然。
