Here, we describe <em>Salmonella enterica</em> bacteremia in a Thai woman who also had anti-IFN-γ autoantibody. The patient was also suffering from <em>Salmonella</em> osteomyelitis and a peri-orbital abscess. Abstract
Adult-onset immunodeficiency syndrome is characterized by the presence of anti-interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) autoantibody and the distribution of infections.
