Abstract
INAIL and INPS is a decision about social security and insurance contributions. The case was brought against Ryanair, alleging that contributions were owed to the relevant Italian authorities where the documentation (an E101 certificate, now an A1 form) had not been properly completed by the employing airline. Aircrew personnel were employed under Irish employment contracts, but resided in Italy.
