Abstract
The most common group of testicular tumours comprises germ cell tumours. Other primary testicular tumours are rare, but it is important to be aware of the wide variety of other, much rarer testicular tumours for the differential diagnosis. These tumours include sex cord stromal tumours and testicular adnexal tumours, which must be distinguished from metastases or somatic-type malignancies in germ cell tumours.
