This study therefore aims to contribute to this demand. We propose a new two-parameter lifetime distribution known as the Remkan distribution. Important mathematical properties of the Remkan distribution such as the moments and other related measures, and moment generating function were derived and the model parameters estimated using the maximum likelihood estimate technique. Abstract
