This condition is becomingincreasingly common due to lifestyle factors such as sedentary activities, excessive screen time, and poor posture habits.It’s important to address forward head posture to prevent further complications. Corrective measures may include posturalexercises, ergonomic adjustments in workstations, and adopting proper posture habits in daily activities.Purpose: To determine the effectiveness of “Kendall’s exercise” among IT workers with FHP.Materials and Methods: A total of 50 subjects were selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria and consent wasobtained from participants.
