The prepared emulsions were characterized by: visual and microscopic appearance and pH values. Stability analysis was conducted by centrifuge test and sensory test using sensory sensation was evaluated. Rheological experiments were performed using a rheometer, while mechanical and adhesion tests by texture analyzer. TEWL values were measured using a tewameter, after application of the emulsions to the responders skin. TEWL study noticed that regular permanent use of moisturizing emulsions with allantoin and D-panthenol limited the water loss.
