Premises, equipment, controls, production flows and trends are described in this article, providing an overview of the sector at a time when the new Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are applicable. Abstract

Le groupe expert pharmacotechnie de la Société française de pharmacie oncologique présente les résultats de son enquête nationale réalisée en 2021 sous forme d’un état des lieux des unités de préparations pharmaceutiques dédiées à l’oncologie. Locaux, équipements, contrôles, flux de production et tendances sont décrits dans cet article et offrent une vision du terrain au moment où les nouvelles bonnes pratique (BPP) de préparations sont applicables. Cet état des lieux permet de mieux cibler les besoins et attentes des pharmaciens responsables de production vis-à-vis de l’application des BPP et le développement de leurs unités.
