However, at present, most of China’s enterprise’s financial management mode is relatively traditional. Unable to meet the needs of the era of textbook economy. This requires enterprises to address the characteristics of the digital era and accelerate the construction of enterprise financial management innovation. In this paper, This article will use the literature comparison method to analyze in detail the problems and situations currently encountered in financial management under the digital economy, and put forward some reasonable suggestions for the transformation of corporate financial management models under the background of the digital economy.
