The effectiveness of cancer immunization is largely dependent on the tumor’s microenvironment, especially the tumor immune microenvironment. Emerging studies say microbes exist in tumor cells and immune cells, suggesting that these microbes can affect the state of the immune microenvironment of the tumor.
