Abstract
Persistent left-sided superior vena cava (PLSVC) is rare and is the most common systemic vein anomaly. It is mostly asymptomatic and often an incidental finding. It may pose a challenge in performing intervention through it due to its complex anatomy. We report a case of degenerative symptomatic complete atrioventricular node block in whom PLSVC was found incidentally during permanent pacemaker implantation.
