Abstract

The Pazarcik and Ekinozu earthquakes in Kahramanmaras, Türkiye, with moment magnitudes M7.8 and 7.6 (U.S. Geological Survey), occurred on 6 February 2023 in southeastern Türkiye, on the East Anatolian fault zone (EAFZ), at local times of 04:17 and 13:24, respectively.
