Wide, unobstructed access to the lobular cartilages with this approach allows precise and thorough restructuring of the nasal tip. Abstract
Three lateral crural tip techniques have been described. These procedures provide a means for correcting a variety of nasal tip positional disorders. They all use the open rhinoplasty approach to give an undistorted view of the alar cartilage complex. Wide, unobstructed access to the lobular cartilages with this approach allows precise and thorough restructuring of the nasal tip.
