Abstract

In this commentary, we briefly introduce the importance of metabolic reprogramming in non-small celllung cancer (NSCLC) and the role of aberrant glycolysis processes intumorigenesis and metastasis. We further summarize the regulation of deubiquitylation modification on glycolysis-related kinases in this system.
