Abstract
The pattern of unnatural mortalities reflects the prevailing social set-up and mental health status of the region. To understand the magnitude and pattern of unnatural deaths in the Sarguja region of Chhattisgarh, a one-year retrospective study was carried out in the Department of Forensic Medicine, RSDKS Government Medical College, Ambikapur, Sarguja.
