PERLINDUNGAN TERHADAP PELAJAR PELAKU PENYALAHGUNAAN NARKOTIKA DARI ASPEK YURIDIS DAN SOSIOLOGIS

Abstract

: Students are the most important resource in education, both formal and non-formal. If there are no students, the learning and teaching process will not be able to run as it should. Addressing the phenomenon of narcotics abuse among students is a complex issue. As long as a massive and organized narcotics network still exists in Indonesia, the problem of narcotics abuse cannot be easily resolved. The complexity of narcotics abuse is a difficult homework task for parents, teachers, lecturers, teaching staff, law enforcement officers and the government in dealing with it. There are so many aspects of protection for children that we must provide. Protection of children as perpetrators of drug abuse is only a small part of the child protection that we must fulfill. Protection of children as perpetrators of narcotics abuse can be carried out in two ways, namely prevention and control. Protection of children as perpetrators of narcotics abuse, especially in terms of prevention which can be carried out by schools, families and communities, combined with countermeasures which are the domain of law enforcement officials, is to avoid the negative influences of the environment. Protection for students as perpetrators of narcotics abuse needs to be carried out and further improved for schools that have carried out this protection. This is necessary because it is a valuable asset owned by the Indonesian nation because it is the hope of the nation's next generation, so that the Indonesian nation is advanced and can compete and become one of the A country that influences civilization from various aspects of people's lives globally.
