Identification and validation of LINC01322 as a potential prognostic biomarker and oncogene promoting tumor progression in lung adenocarcinoma

Inhibition of the Janus kinase 2/signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 pathway activity partially reversed the enhancement of cell proliferation and migration caused by LINC01322 overexpression. <em>In vivo</em> experiments further verified the oncogene role of LINC01322. Abstract

Our study identified a novel long noncoding RNA, LINC01322, that acts as an oncogene in lung adenocarcinoma progression.
